Rosarito’s most renowned restaurants will come together for the 2025 Festival del Pescado y el Marisco, a beloved culinary tradition celebrating the best of Baja California’s seafood and wine. The event will take place on August 2 in the gardens of the historic Rosarito Beach Hotel, starting at 3:00 p.m.
Coordinated by CANIRAC (the National Chamber of the Restaurant and Seasoned Food Industry), the festival will showcase signature fish and seafood dishes, along with regional wine tastings from local producers.
Pre-sale tickets are available for 750 pesos (approximately $43 USD), and 950 pesos (about $55 USD) on the day of the event. Admission includes a commemorative glass, unlimited tastings (while supplies last), and access to a vibrant lineup of live music and cultural performances. Proceeds will benefit the municipal DIF, which supports community programs for vulnerable families.
Participating restaurants include La Reyna, Máxico, Mariscos Marlyn, La Casa de la Langosta, Chaberts, M122 Bistro, La Palapa, Hotel Las Rocas, and Sunio, among others.
Tickets can be purchased online at tuacceso.mx or at participating restaurants. Organizers encourage the public to come out and enjoy one of the region’s most anticipated gastronomic experiences.
