silver medals at CONADE

Two new boxing prospects from Rosarito shone at the CONADE National Games 2024 held in Guadalajara, Jalisco.

They are Leslie Garibay, a student from Secondary School 37, and Andrés García, a student from COBACH.

With just a year of training at the Falcon Boxing School, led by Jorge Luis Falcon Casales, both athletes won silver medals. Leslie competed in the 60 kg category, while Andrés competed in the 70 kg category.

These are the first CONADE national medals for both young competitors, although they have previously won other international tournaments.

A total of five students from the Falcon Boxing School aimed to participate in the CONADE Nationals, but only Leslie and Andrés reached the national stage.
