At the conclusion of the “Update, Legal Basis, and Justification in Infraction Reports” training course, officers from Rosarito’s Citizen Security Department received their certificates from Mayor Rocío Adame Muñoz.
The course, led by Magistrate Flora Aguilés Robert, aimed to enhance police officers’ skills and ensure compliance with municipal regulations.
Before the ceremony, the mayor emphasized the importance of continuous learning in all areas, particularly in strengthening law enforcement institutions through proper training.
“Training is essential so that each officer understands the significance of their work under standardized procedures—ensuring uniform enforcement criteria across the municipality,” Adame Muñoz stated.
She further highlighted the necessity of upholding municipal legal frameworks, including the Civic Order and Justice Regulations and the Traffic and Vehicle Control Regulations.
Magistrate Flora Aguilés Robert, head of the Second Court of First Instance of the State Administrative Justice Tribunal of Baja California, expressed gratitude for the invitation from the 10th City Council of Playas de Rosarito. She agreed that training is crucial for officers to perform their duties with efficiency and effectiveness, always within the framework of legality and human rights.
“I trust that this course has been highly beneficial, equipping you with updated knowledge, strengthening your skills, and motivating you to continue working for the safety of our municipality,” Aguilés Robert stated.
