The second edition of Bazar del Muelle, organized by the cultural management platform Paralelícuaro with the support of Hotel Rosarito on Sunday, April 20, saw notable growth.
From 30 projects that participated in the first edition a month ago, the number increased to 50—half of them from Rosarito.
The event has become a cultural and tourist showcase that attracts both local and foreign visitors to the gardens of Hotel Rosarito, where it takes place.
Among the projects exhibited were brands offering jewelry items, cosmetics, accessories, natural supplements, handcrafted products, scented candles, gifts, footwear, and “redesigned” secondhand clothing.
The people responsible for this project are the young members of the cultural management platform Paralelícuaro, led by Alondra Valdez García.
Most of the participating entrepreneurs were from Rosarito, but there were also participants from Tijuana and Ensenada, where the project originated.
The goal of this bazaar is to promote and support local entrepreneurial projects, many of them created collectively by families striving to move forward.
The next edition is scheduled for the end of May, and an even greater turnout of entrepreneurs is expected, given the success of the first two editions.
The organizers expressed their gratitude to Hotel Rosarito for opening its doors to showcase emerging projects driven by regional entrepreneurs.
