Municipal cleanup crews are actively working to maintain and improve the urban landscape along the city’s main roadways.
Boulevards, storm drains, medians, and intersections received comprehensive maintenance following the recent Santa Ana windstorms.
Authorities emphasized that these intensified cleanup efforts across various neighborhoods aim to keep Rosarito cleaner and safer.
The Department of Urban Services (DSU) has carried out targeted actions, such as cleaning bus stops along Benito Juárez Boulevard Centro and inspecting and clearing storm drains in the northern zone to prevent flooding and ensure proper water drainage, especially during the rainy season.
DSU director Mauricio Aguirre Ruiz highlighted the municipal administration’s commitment to addressing citizen requests and maintaining the city in optimal condition.
“Mayor Rocío Adame has instructed us to work tirelessly to provide Rosarito residents with a cleaner and safer environment. In addition to cleanup efforts, we have strengthened waste collection services to keep streets free of debris,” he stated.
The municipal government urges residents to respect traffic signs and exercise caution in areas where maintenance work is underway.
Additionally, the community is encouraged to help keep these roadways clean and report any issues to authorities for prompt attention.
