Supporting women to become business owners and enhance their skills is the mission of María Adolfina Escobar López, the newly appointed local president of the Mexican Association of Women Business Leaders A.C. (AMMJE) for the 2024-2025 term.

During her inaugural speech at the Casablanca Hall of the Rosarito Hotel, Escobar López emphasized that the association’s goal is to develop high-value projects that promote the growth of women entrepreneurs.
She also aims to highlight the presence of women in business and demonstrate the balance between personal and professional life.
“Our work focuses on training in administrative, fiscal, and marketing topics, as well as fostering human development, which is one of the association’s philosophies,” she explained.
The plans include creating a business incubator for women, forming alliances with other organizations and institutions that support women, and promoting membership to integrate more women.
AMMJE Rosarito, recently established, already has 22 members with diverse profiles ranging from business consultants, and aesthetic industry professionals, to real estate and construction industry experts.
National AMMJE President Sonia Garza González administered the oath of office to the new board of directors, which includes María Adolfina Escobar as president, Leticia Alvarado González as secretary, María Jesús Zamudio López and Karla Guadalupe González as vice presidents, and Adelaida Figueroa Loera as treasurer.
