On Friday, June 8, the Colegio Rosarito hosted the second showcase of folkloric dance, with significant participation from schools within the school zone.
Children of various ages performed traditional folk dances from different states of Mexico. They shared important cultural details about the folk dances from the represented states.
Each school selected 12 students to participate in the event, choosing those who showed the highest proficiency and interest in this lovely folk art.
At the conclusion of the event, Inspector Maura Flores highlighted the support of school administrators and teachers in making this culturally rich event a success.
