Created by local entrepreneur Edgar Orozco Zamora, the guide is based on the official Traffic Regulations and can be easily downloaded to any mobile device via a QR code. Designed to be clear and accessible, it helps drivers avoid unnecessary setbacks and focus on enjoying their stay.
