At COBACH Centro in Rosarito, high school students are already preparing in the classroom to step into the world of entrepreneurship.

Under the guidance of teacher Graciela López and campus director Gregorio Elizondo, students presented a total of 36 business projects developed by four different groups from 10th to 12th grade. The most innovative proposals were carefully reviewed, evaluated, and recognized.

These student-led initiatives are the result of coursework in Business Administration and Marketing Mix. As part of their curriculum, students must plan every aspect of a startup: team collaboration, market research surveys, business planning, funding strategies, promotional offers, menus, and even QR codes.

The idea is to dream big—but with solid, achievable foundations. By identifying competitive advantages, spotting market opportunities, designing financial plans, and mapping out distribution channels, students gain the tools to turn their ideas into real companies in the near future.

In a high-energy environment, students—who call themselves “The Crows”—are keeping morale high as they begin to sell their first products and services. Their projects range from pet-friendly coffee shops and gym-themed restaurants to after-school study centers and fashion accessories for teens.

One notable outcome of these business expos: some alumni have already launched their own ventures in Rosarito, running businesses in floral design, advertising, and even their own brand of salsa macha. It’s living proof that what begins as a classroom project can become a real-world success.
