The Rosarito Tourism and Conventions Committee (COTUCO) reported on the final events scheduled for the year during the fall and winter seasons, most of which are organized by chambers and civic organizations.
These events range from culinary experiences to sports competitions and cultural activities.
Among the anticipated events this season is “Café en el Mar,” organized by the National Chamber of the Restaurant and Seasoned Foods Industry (CANIRAC), set to take place on Sept. 29 in the gardens of the Rosarito Beach Hotel.
Cesar Rivera, the president of COTUCO, reaffirmed his commitment and support for the chamber, which is one of the most relevant organizations due to its various activities and events that boost the local economy.
Another highly anticipated event is the Rosarito-Ensenada Bike Ride, the traditional cycling tour that runs along the beautiful Baja coast, scheduled for Sept. 28, starting from the landmark hotel and ending in Ensenada.
Additionally, the Bartender Festival was held on Sept. 22 at Hacienda Kilómetro 43. This event aimed to raise funds for local charities.
On Nov. 10, the Rosarito Half Marathon will resume, which is a certified race.
The president of COTUCO emphasized the commitment to offer a vibrant and attractive destination for both locals and visitors by providing a wide variety of events, aiming to attract tourists year-round and strengthen Rosarito’s position as a top-tier tourist destination in Mexico.
