The National Chamber of the Restaurant and Seasoned Food Industry (CANIRAC) in Rosarito announced the launch of the Gastronomic Seminar, which will include a total of eight workshops.

These workshops are subsidized by FIDEM and will be held at a private university in the Leyes de Reforma neighborhood.

Octavio Machado, president of CANIRAC Rosarito, emphasized that the goal is to foster the growth and consolidation of the municipality as a gastronomic destination.

To achieve this, the focus is on training, particularly regarding regulations and standards.

The workshops and training sessions are diverse and designed to meet the needs of the various members, most of whom represent local restaurants that have driven the city’s economy and are looking to continue their development.

Among the workshops offered are: Restaurant Management Training, First Aid, CPR, and Fire Extinguisher Use Workshop, Wine Tasting and Pairing Workshop, Food Hygiene Management Training,

Also Specialty Coffee and Desserts Bar Workshop, Traditional Bar, Mixology, and Beer Workshop, Gastronomic Photography and Social Media Management Workshop, and Sales Strategies Training for Rosarito Restaurant Week.
