for family restaurants
By Delia Ruelas
More than 40 establishments dedicated to selling food make up the City Gastronomic Route, including seafood restaurants, bakeries, and Mexican snack outlets.
To explore this gastronomic route, interested parties must scan a QR code, which will recommend registered family restaurants.
Those wishing to register their business can do so free of charge at the Rosarito Tourism and Conventions Committee (COTUCO) office located City Hall.
The Gastronomic Route is composed of restaurants and diners owned by local families that offer a variety of foods.
Highlighting this route is Bonfil Avenue, located in the Mazatlán neighborhood, which recently received public lighting and saw the construction of the Magisterial Bridge, providing visitors with an option within the old Mazatlán neighborhood.
This route aims to help families promote their small businesses, increase their income, and offer greater warmth, as well as expand the gastronomic offerings to visitors, stated municipal authorities.
They reaffirmed the saying that the best advertising is word of mouth.
