Concert and much more on the evening of July 20th
ROSARITO BEACH, BAJA CALIFORIA, MEXICO—On the evening of Saturday, July 20, the Rosarito Beach Hotel & Spa will celebrate its 100th anniversary with a memorable evening in the resort’s oceanfront gardens.
“This event marks a century of history, tradition and unforgettable moments that have defined the essence of our beloved hotel,” said Hugo Antonio Torres, president of the resort’s board.
What began on July 27, 1924 as a 10-room roadhouse in a sparsely populated area has grown into Baja’s largest and best known beachfront resort, with 500 rooms and suites, in the heart of the vibrant tourist region that grew with it.
On the evening of July 20th Tiko’s Big Band will play memorable music from throughout the resort’s 100 years. A photo and video booth, vintage car show, plus food and beverage vendors will be part of the event, which is for those aged 18 and older.
The historic celebration is for hotel guests and all others wishing to attend, and admission will open at 6pm. Recommended attire is semiformal.
General admission is $500 pesos for pre-sale or $700 pesos at the event. Advance VIP admission, which includes special seating and a commemorative glass, is $800 or $1,000 at the event.
