A special milestone made possible through community support
Casa Hogar Horizontes, led by director Patricia Ramírez, celebrated its first-ever quinceañera on October 26 at Salón Monarca — making a young resident’s dream come true.
Thanks to the support of sponsors and volunteers who acted as her “padrinos and madrinas,” the teen was able to enjoy her long-awaited 15th-birthday celebration.
A family-style celebration for a young resident
Surrounded by friends, classmates, members of the community, and staff from Casa Hogar Horizontes — whom she considers her family — the young girl enjoyed an unforgettable evening.
Ongoing mission to support children in need
Patricia Ramírez, director and legal representative of Casa Hogar Horizontes, expressed gratitude to everyone who helped make the celebration possible. She also reminded the community that the children’s home, located in Plan Libertador, provides permanent care and services to vulnerable boys and girls.
Due to ongoing needs to sustain operations, she invited local businesses and volunteers to join the cause and continue transforming young lives through either in-kind or monetary donations.
As an authorized nonprofit organization, Casa Hogar Horizontes can issue tax-deductible receipts for both types of donations.
“Come, meet us, and be the change,” she said.
