Bobby, a businessman of Indian origin and California resident, reaffirmed his confidence in Rosarito during a recent visit, highlighting the strong friendships he has built here as a key reason for his continued return.

For the past three years, his visits have become more frequent. Each time, he makes a point to tour local attractions such as the artisan market, where he has developed meaningful relationships with local vendors who played a pivotal role in encouraging him to invest in the city.

From his optimistic perspective, Bobby believes Rosarito holds significant economic potential, especially in the area of commerce.
“Rosarito is a commercial powerhouse, with the potential for all kinds of business to flourish,” he said.

After purchasing a home in the city, he is now planning a new investment—likely a specialty shop for smoking accessories—based on his understanding of the U.S. customer base that frequents the region.

Contrary to more negative perceptions, Bobby asserts that Rosarito is a calm and safe place for investment, as long as one follows the rules and operates within legal frameworks.

His only recommendation is directed toward local law enforcement: he urges them to enhance protections for tourists and avoid any form of abuse.

Bobby credits his friend Juan Silva, an artisan vendor, as a key promoter of his investment efforts. Thanks to Silva’s support and optimistic outlook, Bobby has not only launched new business projects in Rosarito but is also considering establishing permanent residence in the near future.
